Job description

Do you speak fluent Italian and English? Are you open to learn new things? It is all you need for this job! The position is suitable for both a fresh graduate and an experienced candidate. And what will you do?

Handling claims from customers - helping them to solve every case and problem
Investigation of discrepancies (financial, logisticis and others)
Daily connection with other departments in Bratislava or in Italy
Reporting, invoicing and overviewing of customer´s accounts

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

We need someone with B2 level of Italian and English language
Previous financial or administrative experience is an ADVANTAGE but not a must
We can consider a fresh graduate for this position as well
Good communication and organizational skills
Customer orientation and proactive approach
