Job description

As a cash collection specialist for a renown international company, you need to be based in Slovakia already and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Taking responsibility for a selected portfolio of business clients and vendors
Daily phone or email communication in foreign languages (English and Turkish) regarding unpaid invoices and inaccuracately paid invoices
Problem solving of open accounts and investigation of possible errors with unpaid invoices
Sending reminder letters and executing cash collection calls
Reporting activities to the manager and communication with account managers

Requirements

We are looking for someone who ticks all of the following boxes:

fluent English and Turkish speaker – level C1 is a must
communicative person who wants to use languages actively on daily basis
pro-client oriented and dynamic personality
University degree
Currently based in Slovakia
Previous experience in finance or economic area is a plus
