The CAD PLM Support Engineer will be responsible for the daily 2nd level support of PLM, Catia/NX and other engineering applications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering applications and strong customer focus to support the user community. The support engineer will work in a global environment as part of the IT Operations 2nd level application support team with a regional focus on EMEA. The 1st level is established by a service desk, which handles the user requests based on ticketing system. And the 3rd level support will accept escalations for complex incident or requests from the 2nd level team. The 2nd level team is working in a follow the sun environment with a personal regional focus. In addition to the internal YFI 2nd level team, the support engineer will work with and coordinate the work of an external support team and the vendor.
