Financial Analyst (less than 2 years of experience)

HR Business Partner

A consultant to management on the issues of HR processes, legislation and strategic determination of goals. Experience in the field of recruitment is an advantage for this role. The task of this consultant is to create the concept of employee assessment, remuneration and education, it is responsible for adhering to labour legislation and participates in discussions on changes to HR processes. The HR BP cooperates with the company’s management when dealing with strategic questions and is usually involved in creating the company’s financial plan. In some companies, this role is substituted by the role of HR Manager. Depending on the size and nature of the company in which this position works, it may, but does not have to have subordinates.

HR Contact Center

The HR Contact Center is the first point of contact for employees and managers. He/she receives HR-related queries via phone, email or chat, and is responsible for resolving them or escalating them when they cannot be resolved. The HR Contact Centre Associate provides services to internal customers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or people without previous experience in HR.

HR Data Management Specialist

The HR Data Management Specialist is responsible for the management of HR data and systems, alongside delivering key data and information to other areas of the business. HR Generalist

This position supervises recruitment processes and evaluates employees. The job duties of an HR Generalist are developing human resource solutions, supporting organizational development, managing employee relations, orientation, development and training, and improving manager and employee performance by clarifying problems. This position is suitable for candidates who already have work experience within the HR field.

HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for strategic management of centers/branches, manages determination of strategic processes and their development, creates methodology and rules, and is involved in meetings at the level of the top management of the company, whereas this position is usually subordinate to the Managing Director or the HR Director if these positions are occupied in the company. This position usually has regional jurisdiction. The manager usually leads a team consisting of an HR Generalist, HR Specialist and HR Assistant (however, this depends on the size and structure of the company’s HR team). Previous experience in a similar position of at least 5 years. A higher salary is usually offered to more senior profiles (at least 7–8 years of experience in the HR Manager position).

HR Specialist

The HR Specialists assess the employment needs of the company and try to meet them. They achieve staffing goals by studying the company’s plans, meeting with managers to determine their needs, examine job descriptions and qualifications and use a variety of methods to locate qualified candidates. On a daily basis, HR Specialists prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions. They also address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns. An HR Specialist’s work depends upon the particular specialization, though there is often some amount of overlap (e. g., training and development, compensation and benefits).

HR Team Leader

HR Team Leaders are responsible for analyzing, planning and managing hiring processes. The basic functions of this position also include resolving employee conflicts and supervising the HR team, including ensuring constant development of its work. The Team Leader is also involved in the development of the team and the job includes distribution and coordination of tasks within the team and assurance of their performance. This position usually reports to the middle management in the company. The position of Team Leader may also fall within middle management depending on the organizational structure of the specific company. This position is suitable for candidates with experience within the terms of SSC and with the ability to lead, motivate and assess subordinates.

Infrastructure Specialist

Creates network design, solves the replacement of hardware, computers and the preparation of laptops and IT equipment. Takes care of users and clouds and tests network settings, including connection monitoring.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Examines data using data analysis tools and obtains useful information for the management. Most often processes data within a certain database platform.

Inside sales Manager

An experienced candidate with 3–5 years’ experience, if possible in an international environment. This position resolves escalated problems, customer complaints and queries, in collaboration with the team leaders. This position is responsible for setting goals and tasks for employees and improving the effectiveness of processes. This position might be similar to sales coach/supervisor.

INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

This position is suitable for candidates without prior work experience but with the motivation to work in this field, with a pro-customer attitude and result-orientated. This position is the first point of contact for customers. Inside Sales Specialist are responsible for promoting and selling company products by telephone. They may accept and process orders, handle complaints, claims, and provide the required information to their customers, clients or business partners.

Inside sales Team Leader

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Internal sales or supervising. The job holder will be responsible for a sales team active in a region within a country, or an area/countries. The person in this position will need to drive business planning and forecasting accuracy. Additionally, there is a need to oversee sales forecasting and pipelines, quantitative and qualitative targets. Typically manages an average size team of 6–16 sales representatives. The team leader also monitors individual and team performance and manages the appropriate processes for development/results.

Intercompany Accountant

This position is suitable for candidates with a financial, accounting or economic background, short-term experience with accounting processes and speak fluent English. This position is responsible for preparing financial statements, processing incoming and outgoing invoices, monthly reconciliation of accounts, participation in regular accounting operations, correcting and updating data in the system, examining income and expense statements, records, and reporting.

Inventory Analyst

Inventory Analysts handle accounting functions relating to the cost of inventory for a business. They are involved with inventory reconciliations and correcting discrepancies. They monitor and analyze inventory movement and related costs and are responsible for invoicing and booking as well as correct cost allocation. The role is suitable for junior or experienced candidates in the field of accounting, cost controlling or financial analysis with strong technical analytical skills.

IT Architect

Designs the architecture of IT solutions developed. In cooperation with other IT Specialists, looks for suitable tools and platforms that are at the same time in accordance with technical standards and security measures.

IT Manager

Is in charge of the operation of the entire information system, i. e. the collection, communication, processing of data and their good availability. His/her task is to ensure that the construction of networks, hardware, software and other techniques used effectively supports the main activities and the management of the organization. Also analyzes development and new trends in IT. Evaluates the efficiency of management, performance of the department and analyzes information systems and their reliability.

IT Program Manager

Is a senior to the IT Project Manager. He works in the field of change management and implementation. Has a key role in achieving change in the business. Creates a draft program and integrates individual projects into it, allocates resources to these projects within the program. Supervises interconnections and links and monitors the progress of the program. The IT Program Manager reports across all projects in the program. Ensures the integration of all projects within the program and leads and motivates individual project managers.

IT Project Manager

The main contact person for IT projects. Works with other IT leaders and is responsible for quality and speed of delivery following the IT strategy. Reports to senior managers in the company. Is responsible for quarterly planning of IT projects and capacities, supervising and managing top-level strategy, goals and key results, timely delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adequate resources and KPIs, managing requirements for large projects from individual teams, allocating resources as needed or ensuring successful completion of project plans.

Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is assigned to a company’s headquarters to oversee the account team assigned to a particular account. Key Account Management covers sales as well as planning and managing the complex relationship between a business and its most important customers. Lead Generation
