The 2026 Salary Guide provides an up-to-date overview of salary trends in the private sector across Slovakia. In addition to salary data, it also offers insight into key trends that influence recruitment, compensation, and candidates’ decision-making—from the availability of qualified workers, through flexibility and commuting, to employer stability and compensation transparency.

The salaries listed are based primarily on the starting salaries of candidates for whom we secured employment and on the requirements of employers seeking new employees through Grafton Recruitment and Gi Group. The amounts listed represent the typical gross monthly salary, including variable components. Data collection took place in the third quarter of 2026.
