Where Are Salaries in Slovakia Heading? Stay Up to Date with the Latest Trends

In September 2025, we are releasing the next edition of our annual Salary Survey, once again bringing you the most comprehensive overview of salary developments in the private sector across Slovakia. This year, we focused not only on salary levels but also on the factors currently influencing their development – including regional differences, demand trends, and changes on the side of companies.

What will you find in the survey?
• Data from 8 regions
• Analysis of more than 400 positions across 8 sectors
• A dedicated chapter on “Salaries of Graduates”, where you’ll find salaries for the 26 most common entry-level positions (excluding salary variable components)
• Salary comparison with the previous year for selected positions in each sector

The presented salaries are primarily based on initial salaries of candidates to whom we have successfully mediated employment, as well as on companies’ requirements when looking for employees. The figures in the overview represent common total gross monthly salaries in euros, including salary variable components. The survey was conducted during the 3rd quarter of 2025.
