Grafton is a leading provider of Recruitment, Talent Management and HR solutions; with more than 30 years of experience, we are one of Europe’s largest independent companies.

Grafton Recruitment is a diversified staffing business that operates in six countries Czech Republic, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Poland, Republic of Ireland, and Slovakia – with 35 offices and employing over 500 people.  We placed in excess of 5,500 candidates in permanent jobs, supplied circa 8,000 temporary workers to clients and payrolled in excess of 18,000 each month last year.  We are specialists in over 30 sectors.

Our people instinctively bring innovative and tailored client solutions to  the wide variety of talent management challenges that businesses face today.

1983 – Grafton Street, Dublin

1985 – High Street, Belfast

1987 – Expansion across Northern Ireland

1994 – International Expansion, Czech Republic

1996 - International Expansion Hungary

1997 – International Expansion, Poland

2003 – International Expansion, Slovakia

2010 – Launch of Grafton Recruitment Group

2012 – Grafton Europe, New Headquarters, Prague

2014 – Grew to 500 Consultants across the Group

2015 – 4 million visitors to our websites annually
