Job description

Communication with international clients. Independence. Growth.Chinese language.

As a part of our client's company, you will be responsible for:

  • communication with clients on a daily basis (both phone and e-mail)
  • advising them on growing and promoting their business online
  • helping them solve their questions and inquiries regarding technical, operational or other issues
  • communication with technical, business and marketing teams worldwide and contribute to platform changes
Requirements

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:

  • English and Chinese language on advanced level (C1)
  • Previous experience in project management, e-commerce, B2B communication
  • Excel skills - V/H lookup, pivot tables
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
