Your job scope:

  • To provide technical support for clients – voice support
  • Resolution of various problems (TELCO Services) according to internal procedures
  • Escalation of advanced problems, daily cooperation with technical departments
  • Educating customers, giving detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
  • Participation on training activities in order to raise overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet desired KPIs given for the role


The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Willingness to provide the best Customer Support for US customers
  • Very good written and verbal knowledge of ENGLISH language (B2 level)
  • Ability to work on SHIFTS (morning/day/night)
  • Good technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experiences in customer care
