  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles
  • Sugegsting solutions for process improvements
  • Monitoring the efficiency of implementation
  • Reporting activities – reporting any issues related to transition activities


  • Education in Accounting or Finance is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in a similar position within a Shared Service Centre
  • Experience in Shared Service Center Processes
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
  • Knowledge of Visio, Blueworks or similar process design tool is a big advantage
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
