Popis Práce

  • Responsible for knowledge transfer of financial processes transition from another country
  • Responsible for development of JD Edwards System knowledge among team members
  • Support of the onboarding
  • Identification of training needs
  • Creation of training programs
  • Leading trainings
  • Initiating changes of the learning process of the company
  • Preparing and updating training materials
  • Initiating and participation in technical improvements of the system
  • Resolving ad hoc system related issues and questions of the team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Business/Information Technology
  • Fluent level of English is a must
  • Excelent knowledge of JD Edwards FI module and Procurement Management module
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in international companies in finance at least 3 years
  • Beneficial / advantageous: working experience in an SSC
  • Beneficial / advantageous: experience with training
  • Attention to detail

  • Communication skills
