Our client is a leading design and manufacturing partner of industrial power electronics systems and a strategic supplier to major accounts in warehouse, healthcare systems, Telecom, Datacom and other industrial applications for power systems innovation.
As Solutions Architect, responsibilities will include
- gathering requirements,
- helping to define a project scope,
- planning, and product configuration details for existing customers and prospects,
- working with a skilled team of professionals to generating documentation and execute on sales priorities, goals, and best practices,
- support projects throughout the EMEA region and serve on and/or lead project teams through appropriate Management Processes
Job Role and Responsibility
- Be the technical lead for all custom product requests or complex system integration projects for the region and manage these projects “from lead to order”.
- Be the main liaison between customer/Sales and Engineering/Operations through all the main development milestones and participate in internal project/process meetings as needed.
- Support projects across all of the business units (Motive, Stationary, Mobile) and support opportunities for entry into new verticals as needed.
- Assist the sales team by adding value to pre-sales processes such as quotations, customer demos, customer use case surveys.
- Oversee the field demonstration process for solutions by owning the pre-deployment checklist, demo commissioning details, and planning to achieve customer desired outcomes/success criteria for the relevant projects.
- Cooperate inside the revenue team to continually improve sales resource efficiencies, anticipate new customer requirements, and support growth initiatives.
- Support the definition and implementation of the service strategy.
- Contribute to technology roadmap discussions in cooperation with R&D
