Responsible for the technical preparation for production process
Manage and/or perform tasks according internal processes in his responsibility, manage the engineering team
Responsible for the preparation, update as well as a revision of organization guidelines connected to the department
Assure production-technical tasks related to projects and/or technical changes followed by testing and evaluation
Responsibility for correct manipulation with the documents related to internal processes
Responsible for production requirements from the given position point of view
Responsible for definition and update of production technology as well as production processes
Responsible for the realization of the production in testing phase in order to assure the quality of all calculated parameters before series production running
International cooperation with R&D and competence center in Portugal as well as internal Quality department, Maintenance and Production department
Responsible for correct and on time inputs of technical parameters of products and processes mentioned in the information system TPV section, as well the Capacity specification data
Optimalize of the production costs together with controlling department
Identification of improvement in relation to serial processes and RFQ values
Inform HR department to organize the trainings for the subordinated employees via internal and external form
Assure internal trainings and retraining of subordinated employees and prepare written records about that
Assure the trainings, monitors the performance of subordinated employees and prepares written records
Manage and coordinate team and processes of the Engineering department as well as project management

Proven working experience as Project Manager or Coordiator of Engineering
