Popis Práce

We offer you unique opportunity to become a part of procurement department within international company in Košice.

Main duties:

  • Be an expert on back-office activities and master data management within the Procurement processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
  • Make sure Procurement processes are being performed according to desired service levels and quality
  • Considers issues, identify alternatives, and choose and implement solutions approaches in order to deliver services and provide value
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company

Requirements

  • High school /university education
  • Min. 2 year experience with procurement/purchase
  • Fluency in English,written and verbal, is required
  • Experience with project activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Well-organized personality
  • Time-management skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • MS Office (Word,Excel - pivot tables)
  • SAP - advantage
