o taking care of visits
o managing accesses for newcomers
o evidence of employees


  • Fluent English Language
  • Experience with office management or assistance
  • Experience with international company
  • Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • User level of knowledge of MS Sharepoint - advantage
  • User level of knowledge of SAP - advantage
  • Organized
