  • Procurement management (communicatoin with managers and suppliers)
  • Invoicing support
  • Office management:
o ordering office supplies, HW and SW
o managing organizational charts
o managing database
o managing SharePoint sites
o communication with facility landlord
o taking care of visits
o managing accesses for newcomers
o evidence of employees

Requirements

  • Fluent English Language
  • Experience with office management or assistance
  • Experience with international company
  • Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • User level of knowledge of MS Sharepoint - advantage
  • User level of knowledge of SAP - advantage
  • Organized
  • Strong soft-skills
  • Motivated
  • Responsible
  • Oriented on detail
