We need people with perfect understanding of SSC accounting processes who will bring additional value to newly established center.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Providing subject matter expertise and supporting all accounting processes in Service Centers
- Providing holistic process support to various stakeholders
- Assuring quality, efficiency and compliance of Service Center Operations and Service Delivery through tracking, reporting and analyses of qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborating with all parties involved in Accounting Operations on day-to-day and ad-hoc requests, especially with Service Delivery Manager and Service Center Team Leads
- More than 3 years of experience gained in SSC on Accounting department - GL or AR
- Experience with continuous improvements, process improvements, project related to process effectiveness
- Proficiency with SAP
- Communicative level of English, German is plus
