Popis Práce

As a PAYROLL SPECIALIST you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for Slovakia and Czech Republic in cooperation with the payroll vendor
  • Controlling and recording of additional payments
  • Processing and reconciling relocation data
  • Administration of sickness for multiple countries
  • Employee communication and administration
  • Documentation of work processes
  • Archiving
  • Cooperation with other departments and authorities
  • Audit of payroll data processed by the payroll vendor
  • Assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements, in accordance with country specific Government legislation and company timetables


The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Finance and Payroll
  • Experience working within a multinational company/environment is a plus
  • Fluent level of English, other European language is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions - vlookup, hlookup etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, orientation to the detail
  • Customer focused - Employee support
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities
