Popis Práce

As a PAYROLL ANALYST you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for specific country in cooperation with the payroll outsourcing vendor
  • Controlling and recording of additional payments
  • Processing and reconciling relocation data
  • Administration of sickness for multiple countries
  • Employee communication and administration
  • Documentation of work processes
  • Archiving
  • Cooperation with other departments and authorities
  • Audit of payroll data processed by the payroll vendor
  • Assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements, in accordance with country specific Government legislation and company timetables


Base pay for this position is 1430 EUR and there are further pay components within the total compensation

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Finance and Payroll
  • Experience working within a multinational company/environment
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions - vlookup, hlookup etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, orientation to the detail
  • Customer focused - Employee support
