We are looking for an Operations Manager who will assume the Key Account Manager role for various accounting platforms and customers. In this position you will be responsible for KPI and performance benchmarking and will direct, plan and coordinate all administrative tasks for the SSC. Other responsibilities will include leadership of accounting management teams, provision of escalation support for customers, definition and implementation of pricing model as well as collaboration with tax department.

RequirementsThe candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in administrative functions with understanding of Accounting and business processes
- Several years of operational experience in Shared Service Center industry
- Excellent project management skills and ability of setting priorities in complex environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English language
