Requirements3-5 years of experience in implementation and support of Avaya Enterprise Voice Systems (Communication Manager, CMS, WFO, Messaging).
- 3-5 years of experience in Avaya Call Center Elite implementation and support.
- Current (valid) Avaya Certification for at least Avaya Communication Manager.
- Previous work experience in an Avaya Business Partner will be highly appreciated.
- Very good English knowledge.
