The Team Lead ensures timely, efficient and accurate execution of General Ledger(GL) process activities on a global basis. He/She is fully responsible for the monitoring and leading of the assigned GL team including steering, workload allocation, scheduling and review of performed work. Other responsibilities include support of team members to achieve performance and quality standards, participation in international projects, resolution of customer queries and complaints related to GL processes, an overall team support, etc.

RequirementsThe candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in General Ledger
- Comprehensive SAP FI/CO/BW skills
- Professional certification such as a CPA or a CMA is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under stress and pressure
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
- Very good knowledge of English skills
