As a part of a small team based in Bratislava, you will be responsible for operations as well as team leading.
You will be a team leader to a new team, which is responsible for implementation of centralisation of HR processes in EMEA region. However, this position is not for HR managers and similar since tasks include financial operations, such as cost controlling, financial planning, budget preparation, risk management.
Moreover, you will get an opportunity to participate on projects.
RequirementsRequirements for a strong candidate:
- 5 years of experience with team leading
- Experience with cost management is a must
- Background from consulting
- Advanced level of English language- level C1
- Expert in at least 2 of the following topics: Finance, Operational Risk Management, Consultancy, HR Planning, Metrics
- Participation on projects is an advantage
