Job scope:

  • communication with corporate clients abroad
  • support related to unresolved items and payments
  • daily phone and e-mail communication in English and Spanish
  • setting up credit limits for business partners
  • sending reminders to clients
  • administrative tasks, work with internal database
  • reporting activities on regular basis


Candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • active level of English and Spanish
  • previous experience in administrative/customer care is an advantage
  • basic knowledge of accounting/economics/finance areas
  • independent approach
  • good communication skills
