This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company. We are seeking for IT Helpdesk Technician who would like to provide Technical Support for colleagues within global company environment

Short scope:

  • Provide IT Hardware and Software support to users
  • Working on HelpDesk tickets
  • Troubleshooting IT Hardware and Software issues
  • Receive, prioritize and respond to user calls
  • Contact Software and Hardware vendors to repair, replace and service IT products
  • Purchase IT related products
  • User Management
  • Live and act according to our code of ethic and basic beliefs

Location: Kechnec, Kosice

Requirements

This technician role is suitable for fresh graduates or juniors witihin IT adminis
  • Fluent English
  • University degree in Informatics is an advantage
  • Overview within IT is a must
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Motivation to learn and to enhance technical and nontechnical skills
