Popis Práce

For our client, an international automotive company in Poprad area, we are looking for an experienced HR manager whose main tasks will be:

  • Implementing HR tools and managing Human resources in the company
  • Planning and analysis of the company's personal needs
  • Preparation of strategy and personnel policy and their subsequent implementation
  • Organization and management of selection processes according to current needs
  • Managing employee performance and motivation
  • Building employee engagement
  • Setting up remuneration, evaluation and education systems
  • Identification of development needs and management of employee training/development plans
  • HR controlling, budgeting, forecasting
  • Advise to managers in HR issues
  • cooperation with universities / secondary schools, personnel agencies, etc.


  • University education in HR, management or related field
  • Fluent knowledge of English language ( written and spoken form )
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR, of which at least 3 years as a HR MANAGER in a medium- sized or large manufacturing company (automotive advantage)
  • Profound knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code, labor law and its application to the business environment
  • Experience with setting HR processes, with HR administration, Recruitment, Comp&Ben
  • Experience with team management is MUST
  • Proactive and independent thinking
  • Client orientation, ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Time management and organization of work
