Popis Práce

This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in field of IT Support in international company.

Scope of Employment:

  • Leading / Managing IT team of (up to) 10 members
  • Monitoring risks and security
  • Capacity and availability of networks, data center and other telco monitoring
  • Monitoring and supporting overall IT performance
  • Ensure and participate in the CAPEX and OPEX management


The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
  • Fluent English language
  • At least 3 year of Experience as Support Specialist, Held Desk
  • At least 1 year of Experience as Team Leader in Field of IT Support
  • Experience oriented on Networking/ Systems/ Applications/ Database, Processes and other IT Solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Managerial skills
