From 10:00 to 19:00 you will be responsible for:
- Solving issues related to gaming (PC and console) via email
- Ensuring precise, effective and thorough troubleshooting
- Providing professional approach and solutions to customers
RequirementsSince you will be in daily contact with customers, you need to have perfect Russian language skills in both verbal and written form. Internal communication and trainings will be held in English, so your English language skills need to be on an advanced level as well.
You do not need to be a gamer, but if you are this is one of a few jobs where it will be taken as a huge advantage!
Some experience with technical support is advantageous.
