We are looking for Team Leaders who are experts in particular accounting departments. The roles require complex non-standardized tasks in the area of SSC like process reporting, analyses and benchmarking.
The leader provides second level support coping with ad-hoc requests and incidents.
In the new established, mid-sized company, the position will assure quality, efficiency and compliance of operations through tracking, reporting and analyses of qualitative and quantitative KPIs, the support of internal audit and supervision of expert teams.

RequirementsThe candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in Business Studies with majors in finance or accounting
- Several years of experience in an expert role in Finance/Accounting operations
- Experience with SAP
- Reporting and analytics experience.
- Flexible, works well in a team environment, with a positive and pragmatic approach on problem solving.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
