This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in field of IT Support in international company.

Scope of employment:

  • Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
  • Lead design and deployment of servers, networks, directories, backups, personal devices and other hardware
  • Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software
  • Document system performance, bugs, debugging, and program requirements
  • Act as helpdesk for users
  • Support of technology solutions, infrastructure management processes and telecommunications
  • Everything according to SLA

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
  • Fluent English language
  • At least 1 year of Experience as Support Specialist, Held Desk
  • Experience oriented on Networking/ Systems/ Applications/ Database, Processes and other IT Solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
