Communicate with colleagues from different departments in Italy and help them solve their queries!
Your actions will result in a continuous flow of ordered goods, so customers can get their orders in time.
You will be responsible for:
- Control of correctness and accuracy of information in an order- name, bank information, etc.
- Communication about incorrect or incomplete information internally
- Ad hoc reporting
- Work with SAP
You will have an opportunity to improve your communication skills and learn how to take care of customers since you will be in touch with the department of Customer Service.
RequirementsYou would be an asset if you fulfil following requirements, if you:
+ can fluently communicate in both English and Italian
+ have at least few months experience with administrative tasks
+ are customer oriented, detail oriented and proactive
