You will not get bored, as you will participate in the following activities:
- Daily communication in FRENCH and ENGLISH with international clients
- Coordinating and providing assistance for diverse administrative activities
- Forwarding of queries to the relevant business units and company departments
- Maintaining accurate records about the customer status (working with an internal database)
RequirementsIf you find this position interesting and fulfil the following criteria, we would be happy to meet you!
- You have a communicative level of FRENCH and ENGLISH (level B2)
- You have successfully completed your secondary school or university
- Any working experience is appreciated, but your attitude is the most important
- You are comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with diverse people
- You have a good understanding of MS Office (advanced Excel is a HUGE advantage)
