Dynamic and innovative company is looking for a client oriented and proactive person who would act as a key contact point vendors and sellers.
Your main responsibilities would include supporting the process of delivering customer orders and ensuring that vendors have needed support regarding platform used for sales, systems, processes and similar.
PožiadavkyRequirements for a suitable candidate are following:
- Minimum one year of experience in customer care/service
- Fluent and advanced (C1) knowledge of both German and English language in a written as well as verbal form- wide and business vocabulary, correct grammar
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to solve problems and be independant
- Strong time- mangements skills
