Successful candidate will be responsible for :
- processing of invoices
- Solving requests and issues related to outstanding invoices
- Payment proposals / disbursements
- Supplier master data creation and changes
- AP Reporting / month end closing activites
- Comunication with internal customers / external vendors
What skills/experience are required?
- University degree in Commerce or related field
- GERMAN and ENGLISH on very good level
- Experience with AP/AR or administration activities
- Organizational and communicational skills
- Positive attitude, stress resistance
- Good communication skills
What other skills/experience would be desirable? Experience from financial SSC (AP or AR team) is desirable
- Professional qualification: CA/ ACCA
- Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP,QAD)
