Popis Práce

Are you good in AP invoicing? Do you want to improve your skills and start your career in accounting area? Do not hesitate to send us your CV! We need smart and assertive candidate who is ready to handle responsibility and is eager to gain new experience.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Process supplier invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaise with requisitioners / approvers to process Purchase Orders
  • File transactional documentation, invoices etc.
  • Check accounts payable proposed payments and run payments runs
  • Handle and control balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Produce external and internal invoices
  • Accounts receivable processing, error resolution and associated reconciliations
  • Liaise with internal staff /banks to ensure the correct details are held on various systems


We are looking for candidate who:
  • Fluent SPANISH language (C1) and advanced level of ENGLISH (B2)
  • Willingness to work in 50% US WH
  • High school or higher degree in Economics, Banking or Accounting will be your advantage
  • Advanced level of MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint is nice to have
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
