• Communicating with customers regarding their financial inquiries
• Managing customer accounts Resolving overdue balances
• Analysing, recommending and implementing process improvements
• Collaborating with the global financial operations team, stakeholders and internal business partners in other world regions
• Preparing and collaborating on timely reporting through weekly metrics
