• Product Quality Planning for purchased parts (Materialgroup Plastic)
• Responsible for performing and securing of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) at external suppliers during the HELLA Product development process. Therefore you take care of national and international suppliers of injection molding plastic components until Start of Production.
• You are coordinating and performing the APQP-activities with suppliers and

international project teams in collaboration

• You are checking the evidences of suppliers regarding content, completeness and

continuous meeting of the agreed timeline and the related counter-activities regarding

efficiency

• Based on this you are escalating relevant quality issues to project teams and on

management level

• You are planning process audits and production approvals at suppliers and conduct

them

• Furthermore you are coordinating the Initial Sampling process with suppliers and are

assessing the documentation
