This new client is looking for a candidate with fluent Nordic and English language.

• ** The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week ***

Your daily tasks will include:

• communication with clients from Nordic countries
• solve customer requires according their questions and needs
• handling incoming calls and trying to answer clients question regarding their products
• work with internal systems
• preparing report of daily activities
