Job description

We are looking for talented Spanish speakers who have a passion for delivering an outstanding service for our clientele! Become our "VIP Assistant"!

You will definitely not get bored, as you will participate in the following activities:

  • Daily communication in SPANISH and ENGLISH with internal clients, business partners and stakeholders
  • Coordinating and providing assistance for diverse administrative and analytical activities, researches, presentations, contract related agenda, etc.
  • Managing data and working with internal databases
  • Regular reporting activities
Requirements

If you find this position interesting and fulfil the following criteria, send us your CS immediately!

  • You have an active knowledge of SPANISH and ENGLISH language (level B2 or C1)
  • You have successfully completed university (economic specialization is a HUGE advantage)
  • You have already worked in the field of administration for at least 6 months
  • You are a team player with an analytical mind-set who is not afraid to come up with new ideas
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially MS Excel
