APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for 2 qualified candidates (Junior and Senior) to fill this position.

One of your main roles will be:
  • Maintaining and developing Asset Control, our company hub for financial market data
  • Analyse, configure, customise and implement both internal and external market data management procedures and interfaces
  • Produce functional, technical and business user documentation, including use cases, business rules and test and design documents
  • Identify and proactively assess any issues or risks
  • Quickly communicate the possible effects of various design decisions
  • Planning, creating and managing test programs and scripts for newly developed or modified applications

Requirements

We are looking for candidate with at least 1,5 year experience in field of APPLICATION ADMINISTRATION with solid knowledge of (nice to have):
  • Unix shell scripting
  • Java-like languages
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • Data processing and xml files
Advantage is:
  • Background in asset management, financial markets or treasury
  • Experience in web technologies
Important is your:
  • Enthusiasm to learn new technologies
  • General can-do approach to challenging tasks
  • Strong team player with a good work ethic, who’s willing to give out-of-hours support and take on occasional weekend work.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
