CUSTOMER AGENT with ENG + POLISH (part time)
Job description
Our client, international company, which is working in a field of online dating, offers you unique opportunities on a position "Customer Agent (Part time) with POLISH and ENGLISH language".
The primary role of the Agent is:
- Handling all incoming customer queries
- Continuously looking for opportunities to improve services
- Providing support for customers
- Dealing with all customer email requests promptly and efficiently
- Facilitate or escalate customer issues
- Working as an advocate for the customer in resolving complaints
Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- University Student
- Very good level of POLISH language (writing skills are required)
- Communicative level of ENGLISH language
- Customer Care experience is a an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
